Using Drums and Rattles in a Healing Modality

In this 3 hour workshop Zelda will share how to work with the vibrations and sounds of Drums and Rattles. We will detect where energy is stuck and how to move energy. We will explore how the sounds from each rattle link together and do a full energy sweep throughout your body.

Zelda will bring drums and rattles for this workshop and will also have rattles for sale. Participants are invited to bring their own drums and rattles, too.
