Shifts Happen
This is a non-denominational meditation which focuses on love, inclusion and acceptance. All are welcome. There is no affiliation with any particular tradition or religion. The intent is to create a sacred space for healing and to facilitate a union with divine consciousness.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, or focuses the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.
The healing power that is cultivated in a group meditation is far more effective than meditating alone. Also, there are studies that prove the existence of a ripple effect of peace in the surrounding environment when a group meditates together. Meditation groups often include practitioners of varying levels. Come join us and a like-minded community of seekers to amplify our collective consciousness.
