Healing and Exploring with Sound Meditation

Join Zelda Hotaling, renowned for her diverse talents, she shines as an intuitive spirit guide, healer, author, visionary, and creator of Sacred Dream Circle Project. We will explore how the sounds connect and perform a full energy sweep throughout the body. Using rattles we’ll detect where energy is blocked, then use crystal bowl tones to heal those areas. We’ll conclude with a celebration with light drumming. This will be a seated event.

NOTE: If you have drums, you are welcome to bring them. There will be some drums available to share.
