Join spirit guided healer, Zelda Hotaling, for a meditation journey in which you will connect with animal helpers.

Zelda uses various animal materials on rattles and drums to produce distinct vibrations. By calling upon these different medicines, we invite the animals to support us and offer us their unique guidance. As these vibrations blend, you will:

Strengthen your connection and enhance your ability to journey with these guides.
Allow the healing energy to help you detect and release blockages in the body.
Learn how to use these techniques on yourself and others.
Each participant will create their own rattle to take home and use in their practice. We will explore the diverse sounds and vibrations that will integrate the energy of the four directions, elements, and aspects of life. Together, these elements create a powerful pathway for healing and transformation.

NOTE Participants are encouraged to bring a rattle or drum so they can lean into their own vibration, frequency, and guides and explore the depth of possibilities.
