Join Zelda Hotaling and Molly Brindle in the beautiful Saratoga Spa Park Wellness Center as we prepare for the potent energies of the Winter Solstice with a sacred drumming circle. Let’s gather up the energy together for Winter! Following the drumming circle, you’ll learn to create a house blessing hanging from natural materials to bring prayers and blessings to your home. This includes a medicine bundle to feed the spirits of our ancestors. Decorate your house blessing with a mandala design wooden ornament which you’ll color according to the energies you wish to manifest from this sacred design!
Bring your drum and a favorite blanket! Zelda will provide drums for sale and will have drums on hand for those who need to borrow one.
