How to use Drums / Rattles and Smudging Workshop

Using Drums and Rattles in your healing practice and clearing the energy with different types of herbs.

I will be sharing the different types of sounds of the rattles that shift the energy and are effective for each person’s healing. We will be using the drum in different ways to create vibrations that move and clear the energy. I will demonstrate how to smudge and prepare your space using different herbs, which create a clear space for the healing. At the end of your session, participants will learn how to clear the energy out of the space needing clearing and how to clear energy from your body.
