How to Use Drums & Rattle Class

I will be sharing the different types of sounds of the rattles that shift the energy and are effective for each person’s healing. We will be using the drum in different ways to create vibrations that move and clear the energy. At the end of your session, participants will learn how to clear the energy out of the space needing clearing and how to clear energy from your body.
