Drums / Rattles / Smudging

Using Drums and Rattles in your healing practice and clearing the energy with different types of herbs.
Zelda Hotaling will be sharing the different types of sounds of the rattles that can shift the energy and be effective for each persons healing. Working with the drum there will be different ways we will be using the drum to create a vibration to move the energy to clear. We will be sharing how to smudge and preparing your space through the different herbs that you will be using, to create a clear space for the healing. At the end of your session we will be sharing how to clear the energy out of the space and you.
