Connecting, Detecting, Healing with Sound Vibrations & Drumming

You will being in a seated position. We start with the sound of rattles to help detect any stagnant energy in your body. We’ll then clear that energy using the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls and Ocean Drums. To celebrate the clearing, we’ll finish with a joyful drumming session. If you have a drum or rattle, please bring it with you! I also have a few drums available to borrow.
